77:1وَٱلْمُرْسَلَٰتِ عُرْفًۭا﴿١﴾
"By the [Winds] sent forth one after another [to man's profit];"— Yusuf Ali translation

77:2فَٱلْعَٰصِفَٰتِ عَصْفًۭا﴿٢﴾
"Which then blow violently in tempestuous Gusts,"— Yusuf Ali translation

77:3وَٱلنَّٰشِرَٰتِ نَشْرًۭا﴿٣﴾
"And scatter [things] far and wide;"— Yusuf Ali translation

77:4فَٱلْفَٰرِقَٰتِ فَرْقًۭا﴿٤﴾
"Then separate them, one from another,"— Yusuf Ali translation

77:6عُذْرًا أَوْ نُذْرًا﴿٦﴾
"Whether of Justification or of Warning;-"— Yusuf Ali translation

77:7إِنَّمَا تُوعَدُونَ لَوَٰقِعٌۭ﴿٧﴾
"Assuredly, what ye are promised must come to pass."— Yusuf Ali translation

77:8فَإِذَا ٱلنُّجُومُ طُمِسَتْ﴿٨﴾
"Then when the stars become dim;"— Yusuf Ali translation

77:9وَإِذَا ٱلسَّمَآءُ فُرِجَتْ﴿٩﴾
"When the heaven is cleft asunder;"— Yusuf Ali translation

77:10وَإِذَا ٱلْجِبَالُ نُسِفَتْ﴿١٠﴾
"When the mountains are scattered [to the winds] as dust;"— Yusuf Ali translation

77:11وَإِذَا ٱلرُّسُلُ أُقِّتَتْ﴿١١﴾
"And when the messengers are [all] appointed a time [to collect];-"— Yusuf Ali translation

77:12لِأَىِّ يَوْمٍ أُجِّلَتْ﴿١٢﴾
"For what Day are these [portents] deferred?"— Yusuf Ali translation

77:14وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا يَوْمُ ٱلْفَصْلِ﴿١٤﴾
"And what will explain to thee what is the Day of Sorting out?"— Yusuf Ali translation

77:15وَيْلٌۭ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ﴿١٥﴾
"Ah woe, that Day, to the Rejecters of Truth!"— Yusuf Ali translation

77:16أَلَمْ نُهْلِكِ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ﴿١٦﴾
"Did We not destroy the men of old [for their evil]?"— Yusuf Ali translation

77:17ثُمَّ نُتْبِعُهُمُ ٱلْءَاخِرِينَ﴿١٧﴾
"So shall We make later [generations] follow them."— Yusuf Ali translation

77:18كَذَٰلِكَ نَفْعَلُ بِٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ﴿١٨﴾
"Thus do We deal with men of sin."— Yusuf Ali translation

77:19وَيْلٌۭ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ﴿١٩﴾
"Ah woe, that Day, to the Rejecters of Truth!"— Yusuf Ali translation

77:20أَلَمْ نَخْلُقكُّم مِّن مَّآءٍۢ مَّهِينٍۢ﴿٢٠﴾
"Have We not created you from a fluid [held] despicable?-"— Yusuf Ali translation

77:21فَجَعَلْنَٰهُ فِى قَرَارٍۢ مَّكِينٍ﴿٢١﴾
"The which We placed in a place of rest, firmly fixed,"— Yusuf Ali translation

77:22إِلَىٰ قَدَرٍۢ مَّعْلُومٍۢ﴿٢٢﴾
"For a period [of gestation], determined [according to need]?"— Yusuf Ali translation

77:23فَقَدَرْنَا فَنِعْمَ ٱلْقَٰدِرُونَ﴿٢٣﴾
"For We do determine [according to need]; for We are the best to determine [things]."— Yusuf Ali translation

77:24وَيْلٌۭ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ﴿٢٤﴾
"Ah woe, that Day! to the Rejecters of Truth!"— Yusuf Ali translation

77:25أَلَمْ نَجْعَلِ ٱلْأَرْضَ كِفَاتًا﴿٢٥﴾
"Have We not made the earth [as a place] to draw together."— Yusuf Ali translation

77:27وَجَعَلْنَا فِيهَا رَوَٰسِىَ شَٰمِخَٰتٍۢ وَأَسْقَيْنَٰكُم مَّآءًۭ فُرَاتًۭا﴿٢٧﴾
"And made therein mountains standing firm, lofty [in stature]; and provided for you water sweet [and wholesome]?"— Yusuf Ali translation

77:28وَيْلٌۭ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ﴿٢٨﴾
"Ah woe, that Day, to the Rejecters of Truth!"— Yusuf Ali translation

77:29ٱنطَلِقُوٓا۟ إِلَىٰ مَا كُنتُم بِهِۦ تُكَذِّبُونَ﴿٢٩﴾
"[It will be said:] "Depart ye to that which ye used to reject as false!"— Yusuf Ali translation

77:30ٱنطَلِقُوٓا۟ إِلَىٰ ظِلٍّۢ ذِى ثَلَٰثِ شُعَبٍۢ﴿٣٠﴾
""Depart ye to a Shadow [of smoke ascending] in three columns,"— Yusuf Ali translation

77:31لَّا ظَلِيلٍۢ وَلَا يُغْنِى مِنَ ٱللَّهَبِ﴿٣١﴾
""[Which yields] no shade of coolness, and is of no use against the fierce Blaze."— Yusuf Ali translation

77:32إِنَّهَا تَرْمِى بِشَرَرٍۢ كَٱلْقَصْرِ﴿٣٢﴾
""Indeed it throws about sparks [huge] as Forts,"— Yusuf Ali translation

77:33كَأَنَّهُۥ جِمَٰلَتٌۭ صُفْرٌۭ﴿٣٣﴾
""As if there were [a string of] yellow camels [marching swiftly].""— Yusuf Ali translation

77:34وَيْلٌۭ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ﴿٣٤﴾
"Ah woe, that Day, to the Rejecters of Truth!"— Yusuf Ali translation

77:35هَٰذَا يَوْمُ لَا يَنطِقُونَ﴿٣٥﴾
"That will be a Day when they shall not be able to speak."— Yusuf Ali translation

77:36وَلَا يُؤْذَنُ لَهُمْ فَيَعْتَذِرُونَ﴿٣٦﴾
"Nor will it be open to them to put forth pleas."— Yusuf Ali translation

77:38هَٰذَا يَوْمُ ٱلْفَصْلِ ۖ جَمَعْنَٰكُمْ وَٱلْأَوَّلِينَ﴿٣٨﴾
"That will be a Day of Sorting out! We shall gather you together and those before [you]!"— Yusuf Ali translation

77:39فَإِن كَانَ لَكُمْ كَيْدٌۭ فَكِيدُونِ﴿٣٩﴾
"Now, if ye have a trick [or plot], use it against Me!"— Yusuf Ali translation

77:40وَيْلٌۭ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ﴿٤٠﴾

77:41إِنَّ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ فِى ظِلَٰلٍۢ وَعُيُونٍۢ﴿٤١﴾
"As to the Righteous, they shall be amidst [cool] shades and springs [of water]."— Yusuf Ali translation

77:42وَفَوَٰكِهَ مِمَّا يَشْتَهُونَ﴿٤٢﴾
"And [they shall have] fruits,- all they desire."— Yusuf Ali translation

77:43كُلُوا۟ وَٱشْرَبُوا۟ هَنِيٓـًٔۢا بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ﴿٤٣﴾

77:44إِنَّا كَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِى ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ﴿٤٤﴾
