وَٱلْعَٰدِيَٰتِ ضَبْحًۭا﴿١﴾
"By the [Steeds] that run, with panting [breath],"— Yusuf Ali translation

فَٱلْمُغِيرَٰتِ صُبْحًۭا﴿٣﴾
"And push home the charge in the morning,"— Yusuf Ali translation

"And raise the dust in clouds the while,"— Yusuf Ali translation

"And penetrate forthwith into the midst [of the foe] en masse;-"— Yusuf Ali translation

إِنَّ ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ لِرَبِّهِۦ لَكَنُودٌۭ﴿٦﴾
"Truly man is, to his Lord, ungrateful;"— Yusuf Ali translation

وَإِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ لَشَهِيدٌۭ﴿٧﴾
"And to that [fact] he bears witness [by his deeds];"— Yusuf Ali translation

وَإِنَّهُۥ لِحُبِّ ٱلْخَيْرِ لَشَدِيدٌ﴿٨﴾
"And violent is he in his love of wealth."— Yusuf Ali translation

۞ أَفَلَا يَعْلَمُ إِذَا بُعْثِرَ مَا فِى ٱلْقُبُورِ﴿٩﴾
"Does he not know,- when that which is in the graves is scattered abroad"— Yusuf Ali translation

"And that which is [locked up] in [human] breasts is made manifest-"— Yusuf Ali translation
